Placement conducted on 29 March 2018. 194m shares in
two tranches:
1. 113,000,000 have been issued (84m on 5 April and 28m on 17 April) as they do not require shareholder approval.
2. 81.7m to be issued subject to shareholder approval at a later date. Date not confirmed.
Note AIM listing, which might see some of these shares listed on AIM, not ASX. Checking this with company.
I believe all 113,000,000 placement shares have mostly churned through by now:
- 110 million shares were churned in the two weeks from the issue of the first 3B on 5 April to close of trade on 13 April.
- 320 million shares were churned from 16/4 to 23/4.
