    Let's see how much cash they have in quarterly...

    $10m from 31 Dec 2017. If they tighten their belts - not much for mining but plenty for fighting lawsuits. At the minimum if all the Thai government is giving is to restart Chatree - the PRI should pay enough to for the restart. And if Chattree isn't happening at all, then the payout would be higher, $50m-$150m, plough forward into NE.
