Not to keen on cap raisings. Most of the shares I have had that raise capital have gone down lower than there cap raising price after it is opened. What I hope is that the offer price is way below the share price. To keep the share price up they will need to show that they have some meaningful business in the pipeline. I hope that is what they announce with the offer and that the new tech is great. Would be nice if some businesses just buy a sprayer or two. GLTAH
