Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Australian Dairy Farms Group requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Group provides the following information regarding this request:
The reason of the trading halt is that the Group intends to make an announcement of a material dairy processing contract for manufacturing of specialised dairy products in Australia for an international brand owner.
The Group requests the trading halt continue until the either of 9:00am Thursday, 26 April 2018 (unless extended) or until the release of the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.
The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.
The Group is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. Yours faithfully
