My point with hiring contract labour is that if in bussiness and bringing in cash and a established company.... yes do so. ( I hate the contract system and pray foeall my four siblings and my grandchildren who have to try and buy a home and raise kids in such a way.) But a explorer ,not having full time highly credited staff and being able to contract out small short term experimental work to move forward certainly is the only way to go for those who only make cash by Capital Raisings.
