so KB , what you are saying is you can't lose regardless of sale or not.

if the CR is needed , you still get 33% from the mob on current SP.

if the sale is successful, obviously the SP will rise, but by how much and will anyone then be interested in paying a massive premium for a takeover with holders feeling all warm and chuffed from the sale?

ps- the best result for VOC is to do a desperate CR, so the mob offers a very generous 33% on current SP!
