Alternatively, unless there are take overs or major partnership deals, Start-ups at IMU's stage of development tend to have a fairly "fixed" SP range. Maybe Platinum thought the funds could be used elsewhere until there was firm pressure on the SP that would benefit their clients.
Normally, phase 2 trials make or break a company - especially one that is essentially chasing a single medical technology (ie notwithstanding one with momentous capacity to be used universally for many medical conditions). It may just be strategic move until circumstance present a nearer ability to increase an investment.
I don't think we will see a dramatic shift in IMU's SO in 2018 BUT good results from phase2 trials next year will see it potentially increase several times over.
