I got it from Lemand on Hotcopper. Lemand attended the conference and he/she is my source. Lemand posted that permitting was causing the delays and Ed was hoping that they could get it done by August but it could go to the end of the year. June was unrealistic as other posters have noted -trying to get the sulfide processing systems up and running and add a new gold processing line in what will be a years time is a major accomplishment in my opinion.
