    Cairns doesn’t make any sense, no commercial need with capacity already spare from Townsville. Townsville makes more sense as it could connect with the RBBP assets on Vocus owned fibre that then run inland to Brisbane ( see https://files.vocus.com.au/www/lega...-Fibre-Data-Sheet-V1.pdf?mtime=20170728123635) This would be the lowest cost option.

    Sunshine Coast is the other option but would need a build to Brisbane, which would add costs that may not be easily covered by other commercial opportunities on the coast.
