so KB, what you imply is a win/win situation!
if they either sell NZ and get the $450m or close to it or don't sell and offer a cap raising, either way the SP should spike, so it's money for jam as long as you lick it up quick.

ps- if that was the case so close to the outcome of the sale, the SP would and should be on a different trajectory.
