Continuing funding is contingent on quarterly progress reporting, in order to maintain an orderly market FGR cannot provide progress reports to CRC P and then not release an update to the market. Obviously CRC P reports provided would/should be confidential but the existence of the reports mean that certain groups have information not available to the wider market.
