    What does another bidder have to lose? Depends on what you mean by a bidder? Another scheme of arrangement or an on market bid? If you are talking about an on market bid, why would you be crazy enough? The current due diligence will tell the world if Santos is worth at least $6.5. If they walk away, we may get an on market bid of $4-$5.
