Operating cashflows and repaying debt are to different things.
If you wanted to treat repayment of debts as an expense then go ahead.
But if a business can generate $150M cashflows operating. I would not be selling it for $280M at the first sign of poor quarterly.
This is not long term investing its short sightedness. Same as MINs bid based on 30 vwap and not 60 or 90 days.
