Very true I was out the back blocks of Las Vegas last year looking at a new subdivision
Dozens of houses almost identical in a green fields development
What struck me was the blocks they were using over a timber frame almost mini tilt up contraction then rendered squared off
Similar if you look at new housing developments in places like Dubai -I don’t know if any of you have driven on the islands in Dubai but it’s very repetitive very much like Australian design
Over in NZ you would think you were in suburbs of Australia in places like Tauranga and Nelson in the new areas
Particularly in a subdivision south of Auckland I looked at called Pokeno Aussie like construction
So yes HX has so much scale globally its not funny
Thinking about it if they nail the first builds the interest will explode -that's why I say no rush get it right if it's 2019 its 2019
