All i know is that holders have been forced to make a decision on participating in the CR based only on FON deal/agreement, as this is all that's been provided in the time and extended time they have been given.
As the owner of a relatively large private business myself, if I was asked to cough up potentially $2m to "invest" in a highly speculative, always late, cash burning small cap company based on this news alone....... well I'm pretty sure you know what my answer would be!
