Great job bigfatsirion. This is really detailed. I have prepared something similar but it doesn't go as deep as you have gone. I will share at some stage.
A few suggestions:
- not sure why you have added depreciation in the cash flow section?? You correctly deducted it in the tax section.
-a better way to show a possible valuation would be NPV. Perhaps you could add a few rows at the bottom to show this. I assume you probably know how to do this, but for others, you simple enter "=npv('discount rate'; 'cash flow cells')-'initial capex' ".
-while you are at npv you could also add a row for internal rate of return. "=irr('cashflow cells';0.1)".
You can then divide the npv by your estimated number of shares to determine possible share price.
