    Rusty Lake has already produced, there's a stockpile of cobalt sitting there waiting to be sent to the refinery.

    I guess the demand wasn't there when they dug it up and so they stopped digging for more. Past producing mine, permits shouldn't be hard to come by. Check out the grades.
