The part that we need to remember is that this is an asset play (not exploration) . With our current 20% buy in to the play at 5.3 cents the market is valuing our lands at approx $1,750 per acre (at 57% farm in the lands would be valued at $650 per acre, it's just maths), hence the transaction that was released to market last week at $4,400 was essentially telling you that our share price should be 15 cents based purely on asset value.
So there have been 2 announcements to market, we are now farmed in to 20% ownership and the $4,400 deal for acerage next to us, that the market has totally ignored.
Take a look at the share price of our neighbouring competitors, painted Pony etc, they have all spiked up after a long cold winter. .Oh and have you seen the oil price.
