Mate, how can you say its not your place to put a price on things, but you are confident that the current price isn't good enough?

You keep talking about independent experts, but I am more confident in the reports and price RCman linked than i am with the majority of this forum blasting the TO due to poor pricing.

Valuations of a companies POTENTIAL is hard to get right, especially in a relatively volatile market place with lots of geopolitical games being played directly affecting the price of IO and forecasting demand for IO. The current valuation of the company, whilst not 3.8, is fair in my opinion especially given the lacklustre management of the company to date (which in my mind more negatively bears on the comapnies valuation).

As stated earlier, i'd rather my money in MIN and am happy to welcome this TO. Then again, I didn't get stung on AGO and haven't been invested in the company for long. I understand this position will greatly depart long-term holders who are far more invested in the company, monetarily and emotionally.

I would strongly recommend managing your own expecations of the great efforts undertaken by this forum to date, but would also welcome being proven wrong on this.
