    You are correct.

    Like I said, posters like barrenbuffett home1 are very childish..

    They think no deals can fall over..no progress can be patchy..all negotiations should be smooth..

    I wish we have more contributing posters like civarow SJ ChrisDouglas who understand the dynamics of business process..

    But, like everything in life, the naive is the noisiest..guess we need to put up with some moody characters for a while
