When looking at the profit at Tshipi, just remember that JMS has a 49.9% stake, so only half the profit is attributed to JMS.
OMH has a 13% stake in Tshipi, or from the total production of 3.34million tonnes would equate to 434,200 tonnes add to that Bootu Ck at 800,000 tonnes. OMH market cap is $900 million. JMS at 40 cents is $800 million, at $0.50c is $1 billion.
The two companies are not worth the same money, like it or not.
