You made a mistake is what you did Doc, for lack of research and burying your head in the sand when faced with legitimate opposing views.
That's an attitude which will get you slaughtered very quickly in this particular game.
I have broadcast my buys and sells in the past as I back my judgement. If you don't know what you are doing to the point of disclosing.. Perhaps the wise move would be silence so that people don't realize you are ignorant rather than brazenly attempting to silence critics.
