Agree it's not an easy feat with that amount of work as you suggest.
Personally I'm not too fussed that there is no marketing just yet, it'll be hard to market something that is "coming soon", punters in this game probably don't want to wait IMO.
With timing, again IMO I'd prefer it being delayed but implemented well, rather than launch something on time, but a right mess. IMO you won't be remembered for implementing on time, but you will be remembered if you implement something great albeit a bit late.
An exchange name or brand would bee nice to know however, but we'll probably find out at launch!
