    I think you should focus on the announcement April 3 2017:

    Highlights  Contract signed with leading Australian services firm CommSys to deliver Corona services with an annual recurring revenue value of AUD$300,000  Total annual recurring value of signed Corona sales contracts now exceeds AUD$500,000

    These are supposed signed contracts and should have showed up in the accounts. So WHERE IS THE MONEY? SIGNED CONTRACTS?

    All the other things announced are fluff, and did not materialize & has been admitted by NOR as failures IMO
