    @Andesite that post is very telling.

    President Momis said the Panguna landowners ie the titleholders reject the Osikaiyang group as "not the legitimate titleholders" and that the legitimate titleholders "according to law" are supporting "another company" ie Bougainville Copper.

    President Momis also said that another company had been causing a lot of confusion and division in the community.

    Provides some insight into what BOC has been up against.
