@rajigs: Relax. I do not know since when you are a COB shareholder but keep in mind that a bit more than a month ago COB was at 69 sen before rising on fantastic news. A bit of consolidation is completely fine and in fact an opportunity to top up.
We are invested in COB and not Huayou to start up with. No off take agreement has been signed yet neither. LGI has just bought for $7.8M shares of COB. That such a huge conglomerate from Korea has put money in COB before even the PFS is a huge vote of confidence and they even paid a 15% premium to market price at the time they struck the deal with COB mgmt.
With about $4.6 million in cash, plus $7.8M from LGI +$6.7 million due from option strikes this represents $19M and that should secure COB funding for DFS.
In the meantime we are awaiting news on the testings of HAV samples within this month and by June the PFS which should be another catalyst for a significant rise in SP as the market should be pleasantly surprised with the low CAPEX and OPEX. See thread "Key info on COB" (and we need to update it by the way.)
