All I can say the EV resolution is happening and all those battery manufacturers in China are hungry for more materials. I have been travelling between Shanghai where i was born and Sydney on regular basis. I find more green plates (EV cars) on the road each time I go back. If communist party in China say 20% sales of vehicles has to be EV by 2025, i guarantee you they have a way to achieve it well before the deadline.
