I also agree OW. Especially when noting the following paragraph in the announcement (with my emphasis):
"While the agreement with Mineral Resources is focused on the ability of the Hazer Process to produce high-grade synthetic graphite, the focus of Hazer is still equally weighted on the production of hydrogen. The relocation of the technical team to Perth will not alter this focus, and will remain an integral part of the business going forward."
It would not surprise me if PPP2 with the enlarged and redesigned reactor has more of a hydrogen optimisation focus, while the separate MIN PP will, obviously, focus on the graphite refinement and optimisation.
