Reduced elergies, asthma ect. Generally people of Asian origin are intolerant of Milk (now we know A1 protein).
That is why they consume Tofu products but these can never be same as consuming milk products. A2 milk should help to overcome this problem. I am not a doctor . Some of my Asian friends told me this .
