• Activities in place to prepare for launch of the Phase 2 DMX-200 clinical trial in patients with FSGS, including clinical trial design, selection of Clinical Research Organisation and identification and appointment of lead trial site
• Planning is well advanced for a cohort of patients with diabetic nephropathy, to be treated using DMX-200, leveraging the FSGS trial infrastructure

Without actually announcing the delay, the way I read it, they have delayed the FSGS trials so they can finalize the DN trial design and have them both running at the same time "leveraging the FSGS trial infrastructure". I believe this delay is partly the reason for share price weakness, since the day of the announcement (27/3/18) was the last time DXB traded above the 12c issue price.
