I think that if the "take up" is poor, then it just means CLQ misses out on the money. Seems to me as though the bots are committed to keeping the share price below the raise price, giving them the opportunity to get shares at a discount to the raise price. It also gave me the opportunity to buy an additional 15000 at similar discount. Thanks bots.
