I'm not sure $3.22 is the number. It talks about 75% increase in Total Shareholder Return I don't think this relates to the issue price.

Bell Potter have total shareholder returns as:

So I think the 75% is a slam dunk.

They have progressed the 2b to completion so this is in the bag also. I think the 2018 report will show these shares are no un-vested.
