What a great Video, Storm!
I don't have a problem with the figures he gave, in fact there were some that he didn't really touch on, like how much Radiation is produced in a Coal fired power station? what people don't know is that there is a lot more radiation produced and released in a coal fired power station than what is released in a nuclear power station.
He did touch on how many people have died from the effects of particulate matter released into the atmosphere , but he didn't elaborate on just how many people died from the effects of a coal fired power stations, the number of deaths per year is HUGE, OK those people die over a period of time, i.e.if a person loses ten years off their life they then multiply that by 8 or 9 to give one person year death , but just look how many there are, these people die younger than they should, I live near a Brown Coal fired power station! I know my lifespan will be shorter, we also have the highest incidence of Asthma of just about anywhere in the world, it is killing people, make no mistake about that, and yet we who live near this power source effectively pay more for our power than those who live more than 200KM away go figure, how the hell is that fair? at least Germany placed most of their industry close to the power source providing work for those people in the area, what do we do, put most of it around the Capital cities, where votes count!
