    How sim-- are you Skol 1+1 Just have a look at the average wage was 40 years ago.Did you have 24000 40 years ago in cash?

    If you never did you pay interest on the 24 000.If you had invested the 24000 40 years ago what would it be worth now?

    How much rates and taxes have been payed on the property .

    How much maintenance ,repair,etc in the 40 years.

    How much insurance have you payed for over the 40 years.

    The average wage was 57$ per week..

    A 327 v8 Monaro was $4000.

    KEEP IT REAL OLD fellow.

    And by the way my Silver has required none of the above....
