That is "busy" worksite with the number of machines working on the demolition of the bridge.
I dont know for sure if that would be allowed here in Aust.
It goes along with the spirit of what they are calling "collaboration",certainly would speed things up.
Obviously a busy and effective Government department,which may be why they were first adopters of Edencrete.
