The vendors know the ground well and were patient in waiting for this corridor section to
open up for registration. Rio could not obtain these as was explained, so we are " in the sweet spot "
particularly as the resource ( yet to be Jorc ) is from surface with almost zero strip ratio.
Also the original BHP and subsequent owners ( now the Chinese just north ) were concerned
regarding power and transport /infrastructure. This is essentially now sorted - at least in time to
export the MRG Metals ore !
250 million shares of the deal will be handed over at anytime that the MC stays at 30 days
for $100 million.
So for a low MC $5 million capped tiddler this is quite the story.
