I don't think we even know which journal the results will be (or hopefully have been) submitted to. I specifically wanted to know that from the start of the year so I could learn more about what to expect:
    a) what dates do they publish on (i.e. how often and when)
    b) how long does it take to process a submission

The individual peer review process varies somewhat between publishers too so without knowing who is handling the submission it's impossible to know whether they have a blinded or open peer review process. At the very least the reviewers will be bound by non-disclosure provisions in any case. Also, the reviews may result in a request from the editor for the authors to revise their paper and resubmit it to correct typos, mathematical errors, missing or incorrect references, grammatical errors, and to clarify any ambiguities.

I don't particularly care about the quietness from the market or the company at present. The company has nothing further to announce until they learn what the result of the trial is. And the market is providing those of us who do know with an opportunity if we feel like taking it.

Once the results are known, if they are anything like the preliminary results, this stock will go viral.

If the results are not anything like the preliminary results... it will go bacterial instead.
