The options are for “performance based remuneration” & Issue date is at the discretion of Westar, but must be issued before the first patient is recruited for 2b trial of DMX-200. So are the options really for free? Is issuing performance based options a better way to make payment than dipping into company funds that were raised for trials? I believe so.
I know some SH are very unhappy with the way CRs were handled & of course our current SP, it’s hurting a lot of hip pockets, including mine at the current moment, but in this for the long haul & my investment isn’t small. I’ve got rid of some underperforming crap lately & reinvested it. I don’t believe it’s worth losing sleep over things you are unhappy with. I certainly don’t feel that way about DXB. I think it will be worth the wait.
So this begs the question...why now? and what is coming next? DXB appear to be in preparation mode & corporately, not just for trials (which appear to be delayed).
