The whinging on this forum is a joke. If you don’t believe in DXB, why are you holding? Sell up and f^#k off.
Did we get played by Westar? Yes, absolutely. IMO they supressed the SP to force the CR(s) at a lower price and enable these options to be issued with a lower exercise price. What do you expect a small biotech with f all money to do about such market forces? Not raise capital and go broke? Management are subject to market forces and this is capitalism. Get used to it and stop f(&king whinging. Those with money have power. In defence of management they gave existing SH’s the option to provide the funding before Westar stepped in – we couldn’t come up with enough and Westar go their way. They probably tried to get first crack and raise the lot but management didn’t allow it because they are doing their best to maximise SH value despite being subject to market forces such as Westar.
And as for selling at 13C+, I don’t think it is exclusively because of Westar. I sold some and intend to sell some more so look forward to that in the future Stormer. I took up my entitlement plus extras at 12c and now I am looking to offload them at a small profit, reduce my average and lower my tax. I presume plenty of others are doing the same… Get over it – that is the market for you and nothing to do with DXB management or Westar.
What happens now? IMO at some point it is no longer going to be favourable for those with deep pockets (Westar) to supress the price. Wester do not profit from their 1.5M options until the SP is HIGHER than 50c. They still have to pay 50c for the share and anything on top of this will be profit. So 50C will be their buy in within 2 years. I will be okay with a 50c+ SP within 2 years.
As for slagging Hugh Alsop, he is employed for one purpose. SELL DXB. This will only happen once for us so are you going to say he is a failure up until the day that sale happens?
Rant over. Im done a while on this thread. Back to you Stormer. Enjoy pissing on DXB SH value.
