    It doesn't matter when OZL Brazil is registered. The fact they exists in Brazil means there's no problem with "entry". The truth is still that OZL does not have any assets in Brazil and wants AVB's juicy assets. I don't give a damn if OZL Brazil was registered yesterday. It doesn't make any difference.
