When I spoke with Jason Ferris he did say they nearly had one of them signed off US time last Friday. I'm guessing that was the Telco. He said the other parties were wanting to release it in their own time to suit their own business. He said they would be happy to make a joint announcement. So that seems to make sense that they wanted to make a big deal of it and launch the news at the conference.
You are right, it could actually be a great positive for press/exposure.
Hopefully on relist they provide a full update to the market on the other news we are waiting on. IE have Netsurion agreed to the $6.9m contract, have they signed some of these other 5 contracts talked of in January, gold update etc.
