Neuromorphic chip

Hey all,

Its been months since I last looked at BRN, and before I spend a chunk of time researching I thought I would quickly ping the community to see if I can save a lot of my time.

My question is: has BRN developed a neuromorphic chip yet? For me I'm keen on investing but only after they reach this benchmark. To be clear I don't mean a chip that will emulate neural spike algorithms I mean a hardware chip that will do so.
