You have perfectly captured the flowing sentiment within the context of the post new-board-appointment circumstances.

However, I believe that investors starting to crack right now would be unwise. Understandable but UNWISE.

I have the gut feeling that these circumstances of inactivity have been purposely created, to be taken advantage of. Their fiery interest indicates to me that logically they must have a detailed plan of how to move this forward, and stalling may be a part of it, so they can get a firmer (and cheaper) grip on ARD.
