Hi Greg. A positive in this is that somebody is going to a bit of trouble to accumulate Blg shares at a steadily increasing price. The net gain is positive and is maintaining the volume needed to move past the next resistance point at 60c. Personally a nice steady rise under the radar suits me fine rather than erratic ups and downs that dome stocks encounter. I believe this activity will lessen once a commercial deal is signed and we jump up another rung, but if it continues it is not necessarily bad as it points to somebody speculating that the price is still cheap and tightly held and will continue to accumulate where value can be seen.
