No way could GMV get a loan of any decent amount on MOUs and only projected revenue.
The matter of Yacov purchasing is a valid question and further muddies the water.
This is my opinion only , and am happy to admit , I am totally confused atm.

yacov is obviously loaded, instead of him buying on market maybe he could just fund a CR if needed himself..
