    I see 36.5m shares have been issued under the employee share loan scheme at $0.762 per share.

    Does this mean the 135 employees acquire the 36.5m shares and pay the MYX $0.762 per share at some time in the future when the loan matures? If so, it provides a good incentive to the 135 employees to drive up the share price and stay with the company.
