    I think the train is on an eternal loop, yesterday it ran in reverse,,, the company is poor at marketing and broadcasting it's message. Currently Investor interest is drawn elsewhere in the Biotech sector,,, he who tells the best story and paints the best picture is receiving the Biotech Investment Funds... PAA simply haven't lifted their PR and Investor Relations game in line with the rest of the sector...
