The devil is in the detail with FBR, and EY Pantheon may provide a basis for the assumptions but it can't be relied upon. It will come down to the terms of the actual agreement with CAT. If we get the necessary detail from an announcement with CAT is yet to be seen, but the financials will no doubt provide the necessary detail for a DCF, but it may be some time before that assessment can be made. For now its a guessing game.
