    Once the PFS is completed in June, COB will get 70% interest in Thacakringa before moving to 100% in 2019. Also do not forget the Hill family is a significant shareholder in both BPL and COB ( the largest in COB if i recall well). Because of the above I do not see what tb224 is suggesting having any serious chances of happening.
