Cobalt blue as far as I see is a company that has been set up to see if they should start mining Cobalt!
I can't figure out what's going on with ARV either. The only thing I can see is that progress has stopped with regular ASX announcements and the holders are panicking! I also can't believe that we're at the same price as DEG who doesn't have a mill or as promising claims as ARV and not the same diversity of minerals!
Hopefully it's hit bottom and a reversal is coming! The closer the mill is ready to startup the stronger the share price shound become.
